Erin ‘Nova’ Blake is a front ensemble educator born and raised in the West Valley. They have performed with several DCI groups such as Impulse Drum and Bugle Corps, based out of Buena Park, California, and The Colt Cadets, from Dubuque, Iowa. Nova also had the pleasure of performing with Vision Percussion in Gilbert, Arizona. In her time there, she helped take the ensemble to two back-to-back finals performances!

Nova has worked with many high schools in the valley, such as Dysart, Buckeye Union, and Millennium. They are currently the Front Ensemble Caption Head with Agua Fria High School and works with Valley Vista High School as a Front Ensemble Technician. 

When they’re not teaching, Nova works with a therapeutic office that provides ABA services to children with autism. They are currently seeking an education through ASU for their psychology degree as well as applied behavioral analysis. 

Nova is extremely excited and lucky to be apart of the LINEA team for their 2025 competitive season and looks forward to an amazing year!
