Panch Honne has been a battery instructor based out of Buckeye, Arizona for nearly ten years. He helped establish Buckeye Percussion Ensemble alongside Dave Coryell in 2016. Since then, he has also served as a bass tech for Agua Fria, Valley Vista, and Verrado. His marching experience includes marching with the Pride of Arizona. This will be his second season with Linea Percussion.

Panch graduated with a BA in Communication emphasizing Social Media and Brand Management with a minor in Hip Hop World Cultures. Before finalizing his major, his education mostly focused on music and high school education as well as music technology such as djing and live sound reinforcement while he was at Scottsdale Community College. 

It is rare to see him not smiling or laughing. His approach allows students to feel comfortable and confident that his space is to develop his students to be the best they can be, and have a good time doing so. When Panch receives students, you can bank on that he'll be their biggest fan and align his goals with theirs. His favorite bass to play is either 1 or 5.
